My Talented Sisters

My sisters are oozing with talent. So I just thought I'd do a little blog post about them.

My younger sis Caroline is doing a project called The Scripture to Music Collective. Basically, she has begun a collective project where any songwriter can upload a song that is directly related to a book or passage of scripture. I think the goal is to cover the entire Bible with song. So cool. Read about it here!

Her new song:

Woman on the Roof (2 Samuel) by Caroline Cobb

If you want to read background about the song click here
She is writing a bunch of new songs lately so it's really fun for me to follow her blog and hear all the new ones. So very proud of my talented sister!!

My older sister Marlo is is an artist, doing shows all the time. If you want to see some of her work you can go here. She also has info about her next show on there for anyone reading who lives in Houston. And she is also involved in so many other interesting things such as writing health articles for Examiner.com,
creating and giving tours of Houston to a big group of people from the Woodlands, and teaching her wonderful two boys all about culture and history. She pulled together family history from both sides and wrote a children's book for her son Abran. Talent, talent, talent. I'm so very proud of her, and also amazed at all she does.

Anyway, I'll let them ooze with the talent, and I'll just sit back oozing with pride at being their sister! :)
