so very thankful

Well, the kids are in bed, and things are quiet again. Rob has reminded me of all the doctor said after the procedure today. The doctor had told me that I would not remember. Stubborn me didn't believe him, but he was right. I was clueless. But the news that Rob shared on the last post is so very good. I am in awe at how the Lord is taking care of us. Last night we were headed fast in the direction of surgery because the doctor was pretty sure that we had a problematic tumor. Now, the "myxoma"(benign tumor) may not be a tumor at all, and I may not even need surgery! How awesome is that! Thank you Lord! Dr. Harper is still needing to sort through all the information he has through all the tests that have been done, and he said he would call us Tuesday with the next step. In the meantime I will be wearing a heart monitor starting tomorrow. This will help them rule out any irregularities in the heart itself. Please continue to pray for us. Your prayers, calls, emails, availability, and love towards us have been so encouraging. We are so blessed to have friends like you. My kids have enjoyed all the playdates!!

What to pray for now:
1) Pray that the mass on the heart is not a tumor and that it is easily treatable
2) Pray that the Lord would continue to be glorified in this
3)Pray my symptoms would continue to wane (although I am having better days, most symptoms described in first post are still present)
4) Pray for Rob as he has a lot going on both at work and now at home
5) Pray for wisdom for Dr. Harper and whatever other doctors he adds to his team

"Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock UNDER HIS CARE." Psalm 95:6-7
